This Order may be cited as the National Energy Board Order No. MO-62-69.

Application of part IV of the act

The National Energy Board, pursuant to subsection 97(1) 1 of the National Energy Board Act, hereby orders that Part IV of the said Act applies to every person who was operating a pipeline on November 2, 1959. This subsection is not reproduced in the R.S.C., 1970, see S.C., 1959, c. 46.
